We are the founding Members of ADI, Steve and Renna Harlow.
Steve manages the company, and performs, the “out on the streets” portion of the business. Property Locating, Inspection, Marketing, Repairs and Maintenance. With a 20+ year background in both Residential, and Commercial Construction Management, he is uniquely qualified to pick out the good and bad points of any structure. Combine this with his 2+ years experience in online Marketing, and it all comes together, for finding the properties that makes the business grow.
Renna is the “Information Gatherer” as well as the “Holder of the Purse strings” for ADI. Renna performs the research on the properties of interest. Locating owners, and their contact info, gathering Comp info, verifying tax records, and many other tasks involved in the “due diligence” efforts of the company. Renna is also the the accounting officer for ADI. She maintains the books, and tracks the myriad daily financial transactions that go with running a business.
